Approval of the import and/or use of the LMO(s) with conditions
If food from GM soybean event GTS 40-3-2 which has been circulated and/or consumed are proven to create negative effect on human health, then:
a. Head of National Agency of Drugs and Food Control will revoke this food circulation approval;
b. The holder of food circulation approval mentioned on Article 1 is required to conduct controlling and prevention, and withdraw food of GM Soybean event GTS 40-3-2 from the circulation.
